SUMMARY:Power Ups - Integrated Workout and Friendly Competitive Activities
DESCRIPTION:W 2: Cycle and Boxing \nThis all-abilities training and friendly competition program provides athletes with developmental disabilities opportunities to work out at the Arena at Wembley\, a state-of-the-art gym and fitness facility. Activities include: pickleball\, weightlifting\, obstacles\, TRX\, swimming\, cycling\, dance\, boxing\, yoga and more. To maintain quality of instruction\, classes are capped at 12 people. The weekly schedule may change depending upon staffing and room availability. \nNPower Services is also offering a similar evening program at the Arena at Wembley. Please register for only one as we would like to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible. If extra places are open\, we will revisit adding people to both sessions. The program costs $50 per session; no one is turned away for financial reasons. \n \n
