DESCRIPTION:Coach Debi and friends lead enjoyable workouts and games at Huddle Connection – an activity for young ladies with developmental disabilities. These short rounds of physical movement are to inspire girls to find their own unique gifts and share experiences with each other in a non-judgmental environment. This is not a high-impact workout where heavy exertion is the goal. SUMMARY:Power Ups +
DESCRIPTION:Power Ups + is an advanced\, small-size class that will focus on challenging workouts in the gym while neurotypical people are working out on their own. This class is limited to DD athletes who can safely work out independently and who know how to use gym equipment. Coaches will move athletes through a quick-paced challenging circuit of machine and free-weight exercises. As other rooms and coaches are available\, we may engage in activities including yoga\, cycling\, swimming and other activities. Athletes will be required to pass an admission test to participate. Admission is at the coaches’ discretion. Athletes should expect to feel the burn of a good workout after completing a class.  \n
