A RockAbility musician will lead these sessions\, and will include some songs on this integrated band’s setlist.  Using drumsticks and an exercise ball\, participants drum to music\, which not only provides a cardiovascular workout\, but also improves coordination\, motor skills\, and rhythm. The activity is highly adaptable to different abilities\, making it inclusive and accessible. It promotes social interaction\, boosts self-confidence\, and can help with stress relief – all while participants enjoy the energy and rhythm of the music. RockAbility Cardio Drumming is a creative\, fun\, and effective way to promote physical fitness and well-being.
