DESCRIPTION:TNT is an exciting all-abilities physical strength and cardio program designed to challenge and inspire participants of all fitness levels. Combining TRX suspension training with a variety of strength equipment and weights\, TNT focuses on building strength\, stability\, and endurance. The class may also incorporate cardio machines such as bikes\, treadmills\, and rowers\, offering a dynamic\, full-body workout that targets both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. At the start of the 8-week session\, participants will be assessed to establish a baseline\, and then reassessed at the end of the program to track and celebrate their progress. This structure allows everyone to see their improvements and stay motivated. TNT is inclusive\, with modifications and support tailored to individual needs\, ensuring all participants can engage at their own pace. Whether you’re looking to improve overall fitness\, build muscle\, or boost cardiovascular health\, TNT offers a fun\, supportive\, and energizing way to reach your goals. \n$80 for an 8-week session.

DESCRIPTION:Sold out – We’ll bring this back in 2026\nAre you an adult on the spectrum who would like to meet other friendly people looking to make social connections? If you like golf or are curious to try golfing\, check out Next Level Social’s “Ready. Set. Swing!” night at the 1899 Indoor Golf Club. We’ve got two bays with state-of-the-art simulators. You can play St. Andrews\, Pebble Beach or even the Rio 2016 Olympic course! The 1899 has over 150 courses to choose from – but you’ll always enjoy perfect weather and plenty of snacks. \nAdults 21 and older on the spectrum with a high level of independence\, who can engage in appropriate adult conversation\, and who work at least 20 hours / week are invited to join in the fun. Cost for this golf event is $30 and includes two hours of indoor golf\, food and non-alcoholic beverages. (Alcohol available for purchase). If you have clubs\, bring them. \nAttendees MUST complete the NLS form to be eligible. If you have already completed it and have been notified that you would be a good candidate for NLS events\, then you’re good to go! \nWhat is Next Level Social \nNext Level Social is an offering of NPower Services\, and is designed to bring engaging\, lightly structured experiences to high-functioning\, relatively independent adults on the spectrum.
