DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED – Good Friday\, April 3. We’ll add another week at the end of the session as a make up.\nRockAbility Cardio Drumming is a fun and engaging activity that combines drumming with exercise\, offering a creative way for people of all abilities to stay active. A RockAbility musician will lead these sessions\, and will include some songs on this integrated band’s setlist.  Using drumsticks and an exercise ball\, participants drum to music\, which not only provides a cardiovascular workout\, but also improves coordination\, motor skills\, and rhythm. The activity is highly adaptable to different abilities\, making it inclusive and accessible. It promotes social interaction\, boosts self-confidence\, and can help with stress relief – all while participants enjoy the energy and rhythm of the music. RockAbility Cardio Drumming is a creative\, fun\, and effective way to promote physical fitness and well-being. \nContact the YMCA to register and pay. $80 for 8 weeks.
