DESCRIPTION:Coach Debi and friends lead enjoyable workouts and games at Huddle Connection – an activity for young ladies with developmental disabilities. These short rounds of physical movement are to inspire girls to find their own unique gifts and share experiences with each other in a non-judgmental environment. This is not a high-impact workout where heavy exertion is the goal. SUMMARY:Geauga Joggers & Walkers AND Project: Kindness at West Woods Park
DESCRIPTION:Meet inside the Nature Center to pick up free birdseed and create a nature-inspired sun catcher. We’ll head outside to feed the birds after we’re finished. This event is in conjunction with Project: Kindness. \nThis free jogging and walking club is for adults of all ability levels. We gather for regular outings. Gatherings are throughout Geauga County and surrounding areas. Participants with extraordinary needs are required to bring a provider to accompany him or her for the entire outing. We meet between 1 – 3 times / month during the spring\, summer and fall. Check the NPower Services events calendar for the schedule. \nBecause of occasional conflicts or weather conditions\, the schedule may change. It is up to participants to check email or social media outlets for updates regarding cancellations or date / venue changes. Participants are responsible for their own safety and transportation. Occasionally\, we may enjoy a post-walk snack. It is up to attendees to avoid anything that could cause an unwanted reaction.

SUMMARY:Power Ups Plus Spring 2026
DESCRIPTION:Power Ups + provides highly targeted workouts for adults with developmental / intellectual disabilities who have demonstrated the ability to work out in a gym unsupervised. This group will be led through a challenging circuit in the same gym where club members are working out. This is not 1:1 personal coaching; all athletes will need to follow the white board and be guided by our staff. Coaches determine eligibility. Classes are small. \n \n
