DESCRIPTION:Power Ups is a daytime fitness program perfect for adults with disabilities looking for exercise and activity during daytime hours. \nThe program is perfect for adults in dayhabs or who do not work during the day and would like to enjoy fitness and social activities in an integrated environment. Power Ups combines fun workouts and physical activities with fun games and conversations about healthy habits\, nutrition\, and ideas on how to improve our mental\, emotional and physical health. Power Ups is held at the Arena at Wembley (8345 Woodberry Blvd. / Bainbridge) from noon – 1:30 p.m. in eight-week sessions.
