This group will be led through a challenging circuit in the same gym where club members are working out. Power Ups combines fun workouts and physical activities with fun games and conversations about healthy habits\, nutrition\, and ideas on how to improve our mental\, emotional and physical health. Power Ups is held at the Arena at Wembley (8345 Woodberry Blvd. / Bainbridge) from noon – 1:30 p.m. in eight-week sessions.
