Activities include: pickleball\, weightlifting\, obstacles\, TRX\, swimming\, cycling\, dance\, boxing\, yoga and more. To maintain quality of instruction\, classes are capped at 12 people. The schedule may changed based on staffing and room availability. \nNPower Services is also offering a similar evening program at the Arena at Wembley. Please register for only one as we would like to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible. If extra places are open\, we will revisit adding people to both sessions. The program costs $50 per session; no one is turned away for financial reasons.

Join us in the fun as we jump into the World of Dr. Seuss. JoJo’s imagination runs away from him\, turning his bathtub into McElligot’s Pool! Participants will sing along to the song “It’s Possible” while using costumes and props to play the characters in the scene. Specifically designed for adults with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. \nSarah Lynne has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a focus in Arts Management. She has worked as a theatre artist across Northeast Ohio for nearly 15 years. As a founder of Theatre Agápe\, she created the organization which aims to be an arts organization devoted to removing barriers to entry and making everyone feel like they belong. Because if anything has the power to change the world\, it’s Agápe.

As other rooms and coaches are available\, we may engage in activities including yoga\, cycling\, swimming and other activities. Athletes will be required to pass an admission test to participate. Admission is at the coaches’ discretion. Athletes should expect to feel the burn of a good workout after completing a class.

It promotes social interaction\, boosts self-confidence\, and can help with stress relief – all while participants enjoy the energy and rhythm of the music. Activities include: pickleball\, weightlifting\, obstacles\, TRX\, swimming\, cycling\, dance\, boxing\, yoga and more. To maintain quality of instruction\, classes are capped at 12 people. The schedule may changed based on staffing and room availability. \nNPower Services is also offering a similar evening program at the Arena at Wembley. Please register for only one as we would like to offer this opportunity to as many people as possible. If extra places are open\, we will revisit adding people to both sessions. The program costs $50 per session; no one is turned away for financial reasons.
