We gather for regular outings. Gatherings are throughout Geauga County and surrounding areas. Participants with extraordinary needs are required to bring a provider to accompany him or her for the entire outing. We meet between 1 – 3 times / month during the spring\, summer and fall. Check the NPower Services events calendar for the schedule. \nBecause of occasional conflicts or weather conditions\, the schedule may change. DESCRIPTION:RockAbility Cardio Drumming is a fun and engaging activity that combines drumming with exercise\, offering a creative way for people of all abilities to stay active. A RockAbility musician will lead these sessions\, and will include some songs on this integrated band’s setlist.  Using drumsticks and an exercise ball\, participants drum to music\, which not only provides a cardiovascular workout\, but also improves coordination\, motor skills\, and rhythm. The activity is highly adaptable to different abilities\, making it inclusive and accessible. It promotes social interaction\, boosts self-confidence\, and can help with stress relief – all while participants enjoy the energy and rhythm of the music. Combining TRX suspension training with a variety of strength equipment and weights\, TNT focuses on building strength\, stability\, and endurance. The class may also incorporate cardio machines such as bikes\, treadmills\, and rowers\, offering a dynamic\, full-body workout that targets both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. At the start of the 8-week session\, participants will be assessed to establish a baseline\, and then reassessed at the end of the program to track and celebrate their progress. This structure allows everyone to see their improvements and stay motivated. TNT is inclusive\, with modifications and support tailored to individual needs\, ensuring all participants can engage at their own pace.
