Come for as long as you’re able anytime between 12 and 5.

DESCRIPTION:This free jogging and walking club is for adults of all ability levels. We gather for regular outings with a goal of participating in a community 5K every season. Everyone works to their desired level\, and cheers on all members. Gatherings are throughout Geauga County and surrounding areas. Participants with extraordinary needs are required to bring a provider to accompany him or her for the entire outing. \nBecause of occasional conflicts or weather conditions\, the schedule may change. It is up to participants to check email or social media outlets for updates regarding cancellations or date / venue changes. Participants are responsible for their own safety and transportation. \nOccasionally\, we may enjoy a post-walk snack. It is up to attendees to avoid anything that could cause an unwanted reaction.

DESCRIPTION:NPower Services is pleased to introduce “Power Ups\,” a new daytime fitness program designed to get adults with developmental disabilities involved in challenging workouts followed by games and social activities. Power Ups is held at the Wembley Club (8345 Woodberry Blvd. / Bainbridge) on Thursdays from noon – 1:30 p.m. in eight-week sessions. The first session begins Jan. 18 and runs through March 7. The program costs $50 per session; no one is turned away for financial reasons.

SUMMARY:Geauga Joggers & Walkers at Claridon Woodlands' High Ropes Course
DESCRIPTION:This free jogging and walking club is for adults of all ability levels. We gather for regular outings with a goal of participating in a community 5K every season. Everyone works to their desired level\, and cheers on all members. Gatherings are throughout Geauga County and surrounding areas. Participants with extraordinary needs are required to bring a provider to accompany him or her for the entire outing. \nBecause of occasional conflicts or weather conditions\, the schedule may change. It is up to participants to check email or social media outlets for updates regarding cancellations or date / venue changes. Participants are responsible for their own safety and transportation. \nOccasionally\, we may enjoy a post-walk snack. It is up to attendees to avoid anything that could cause an unwanted reaction.

DESCRIPTION:We’re joining with the members of Called to Care and Celebration Lutheran Church to make uplifting posters for the lockers of students who may be stressed or anxious about going back to school. We’ll use stencils\, stamps\, stickers\, and other fun tools to make 6×6 posters that will be hung on student locker doors. Our friends at NAMI and Ravenwood will distribute the posters for us.
