Adaptive Yoga Class

Join us for an integrated adaptive yoga class where we practice mindful breathing and gentle stretching and yoga poses. We’ll improve how we feel in our bodies – and then we’ll each take some share who we spread kindness with! Housemates? Cashiers? Postal carriers? Vet? Server? Parents?
