TNT “Dynomite” TRX / Treadmill Strength and Cardio Workout

TNT is an exciting new all-abilities physical strength and cardio program designed to challenge and inspire participants of all fitness levels. Combining TRX suspension training with a variety of strength equipment and weights, TNT focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance. The class may also incorporate cardio machines such as bikes, treadmills, and rowers, offering a dynamic, full-body workout that targets both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. At the start of the 8-week session, participants will be assessed to establish a baseline, and then reassessed at the end of the program to track and celebrate their progress. This structure allows everyone to see their improvements and stay motivated. TNT is inclusive, with modifications and support tailored to individual needs, ensuring all participants can engage at their own pace.
