Adaptive CrossFit
Chagrin Falls CrossFit 477 Industrial Parkway, Unit D, Chagrin Falls, OH, United StatesAdaptive CrossFit meets Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at Chagrin Falls CrossFit. This class required pre-registration prior to the session's first class - and is capped at 15 adults who have developmental disabilities. Participants pay $100 for the full session of 15 classes with a fun, friendly competition event at the final class (Dec. 20, 2022).
