Project: Kindness – Healthy Snacking! We’re making granola

May 27 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us as we learn why we should avoid ultra-processed foods and how changing your eating and snacking habits can have numerous health benefits. Plus, we’ll make our own granola / trail mixes to take home. All ingredients provided. FREE! There will be raw and dried nuts, berries, dried fruits, oats, dark chocolate chips and other foods common to granola mixes. We will have a nut-free table, but it is up to participants to avoid any foods that may cause an unwanted reaction. Waiver required
