We can’t treat others with joy and kindness if we don’t feel good ourselves. Today’s event is all about YOU! Let’s learn how to relax, breathe and feel good in our own bodies. Coach Ann will lead us through several ways we can learn to calm our minds and anxieties. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. But – not required. Waiver required.
